- Your reservation is an agreement that you will accept responsibility for room charges and for any damages or loss. We reserve the right to charge replacement fees for damages beyond normal use and for towels or other items missing from your room after check-out. Units left in a usually dirty state or unacceptable condition are subject to cleaning charges.
- Your reservation is an agreement to abide by hotel policies. Violations may result in immediate cancellation of your reservation with no refund issued. In some cases, like smoking, bringing a pet and unauthorized cooking, an additional $250 fine is charged.
