All cancellations/changes are subject to fees unless cancelled or modified within grace period (before time/day deadlines).
GRACE PERIOD – All reservations made online through our website or third-party booking sites must be cancelled by 4pm EST, 7 DAYS IN ADVANCE OF YOUR ARRIVAL DATE, to avoid a cancellation charge of one-night including taxes.* Please note that this general cancellation information applies to all reservations EXCEPT those booked under ADVANCE PAY-NO REFUND (APNR) terms and conditions which are charged at the time of booking and are non-cancellable, non-refundable, non transferable, non-redeemable terms. Cancellation fee is equal to one night’s room rate with taxes and cannot be applied to other stays, services or merchandise. Notification of cancellation must be received BY PHONE (Hotel Harrington 570-928-8939) or in person during business hours 8am-10pm. NO email cancellations are accepted. Early departures are considered cancellations subject to deadlines. NO shows are charged one-night cancellation fee and any remaining nights reserved are cancelled.
Policy applies to any portion of stay, whether before or after check-in. Please note that with multiple night reservations, at the time of check-in or after 4 pm on day of arrival (whichever comes first), the deadline to cancel reservation’s second night has expired and guest will be responsible for a minimum of 2 night’s room and taxes or maximum of entire reservation depending on hotel’s ability to resell room. Rates quoted are based on length of stay and a higher nightly rate will be applied if number of nights reserved is reduced. The cancellation policy attached to your reservation is confirmed at booking and in confirmation email. Cancellation fees are charged to the credit card on file and are non-refundable, non-transferable and non-redeemable for other products or services.
