Yes, guests age 18 or older can use the hotel’s Fitness Center that has cardio and resistance equipment. The Center is not supervised, so equipment is use at your own risk (it is assumed that guests know their own limitations). If you prefer outdoor exercise, you can take a walk around the town or venture up the hill outside of town for 3-mile walk or run. Hikers can take advantage of the two State Parks in the area.
