We love birthdays, so we’re making it easy for you to celebrate! On the first night of your stay, you will pay the standard rate, but on the second night, we will reduce the room rate to be equal to the birth year of the birthday person. For example, if you were born in 1958, you will pay $58 for your second night!
The Birthday Celebration package also includes a $25 voucher for the on-site restaurant, 220 House Bar & Grill, so you can celebrate your special day in style.
This package is advance pay-no refund, and not available for cancellation. See below for all terms and conditions.
Terms and Conditions:
- First night is charged at standard rate plus taxes.
- Rate for second night will be confirmed at check in upon presentation of valid I.D.
- Published rates do not include 9% taxes.
- Discounted rate is available only for room of birthday person and cannot be applied to multiple rooms.
- Guests must be 21 years of age or older to participate in this promotion.
- Rates are per room, per night, and are based on double occupancy. Extra-Person-Fee(s) are charged for more than 2 guests staying in room. Maximum occupancy regulations enforced.
- Offer cannot be combined with other offers or promotions.
- An individual may only receive this discount once per year.
- Dinner voucher must be used during your stay. No refunds are issued for any unused portion of voucher.
- Package is advance pay-no refund. Full payment will be charged to guest’s credit card at time of booking for the room charges and all applicable taxes. Reservation cannot be cancelled or modified (i.e., changing arrival date).
- In the event of cancellation or modification, guest will forfeit total room charge plus taxes for the entire reservation and charges are non-refundable, non-transferable to other guests or reservations, and non-redeemable for goods or services.
- Valid credit card and ID must be presented at check-in
- Rates are not honored for travel agency or third party bookings.
- Hotel reserves the right to limit this package, at the discretion of management.
